Sincetta’s dreams
What are virtual worlds good for? To dream a little, to play, to turn into a thousand different characters depending on the mood. So the fact that a graphic dreamer uses a variety of platforms, not just Second Life, OpenSim, or Imvu (by far the most exploited by Koinup.com users) is certainly a feature that can always intrigue me. When, as in the case of Sincetta, graphic dreamer able of making electronic images absolutely "pop" (typical of the MTV generation), next to the theme of the avatar and portraits other topics are developed from still life to expressionism, the advice I can give is always and only one: be sure to visit her gallery and find yourself among the hundreds of images, the ones that catch your eye.
I really like such a picture as the Ballet created using the Frenzoo platform and a hyper-colored background. It is young and fresh and energetic, I like it! Nice and funny are even some digital portraits like Hands on the air, Expecting or Halloween 1, this one created by usingthe Stardoll platform. This platform is perfect for those who want to represent themselves in a thousand characters easily creating completely different alternative environments united from being substantially the same composition as the poses and proportions, which would lend itself to further processing (look at images like Merry Christmas or Night Gown and think what they might become if used as a basis for further works, perhaps placing one near each other, or build with them a sort of collage or narration of the successive transformations of a character within a story).
Perhaps a collaboration with other artists (novelists, poets, designers, photographers, film makers) might evencome out an interesting machinima, who knows. Somehow Sincetta also seems attempted to explore this path, made up of quotations and a game of reflexes, as it looks like suggests the image where an avatar absolutely fantastic (i.e. of fantasy) looks awe in the room behind her having a giant face that stares disturbingly Avatar (maybe a previous or future incarnation?).
But as I said virtual worlds also serve to make us chase our dreams and so I like to picture as I do believe in fairies!, Out of this world or Chemoterapy a nightmare full of fear or a dream full of hope?) rather than the multiple versions of Sincetta all different from each other like this or this or even this. To be honest there areso many images titled “Sincetta” I might suggest the artist to rename them, to avoid confusion. Or to create, in fact, a single representative collage of the many aspects of “Sincetta”.
Then there are the latest images in which Sincetta uses the editors of virtual worlds to create images on the genre of still life or even expressionist works, as Strange creatures in a strange world, Magic mushrooms rather than The Fireplace, Breakfast or The Backyard, until arrivingat intense images like Two colors breakfast, Halloween and Girl with flowers. Definitely Sincetta is growing and her ability to represent her dreams grows with her: good, keep it up!
